Missing Master Page link under Look and Feel

  1. Click on Site Action
  2. Click on site settings
  3. Go to site collection features
  4. Activate the "Office SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure" feature
Now Under Look and feel in site settings you can see the Master Page link.
